The reason for this site accessing patient GP records is:
Francis House Childrens Hospice is based at Parrswood Road Didsbury M20 5NA. We have children and young people at the Hospice from around the Greater Manchester Region for both Respite care and End of Life Care. Access to the records will be for viewing only to obtian up to date information during the Child/Young Persons stay. The records will only be accessed by health care professionals with GDPR training and are aware of patient confidentiality.
