The reason for this site accessing patient GP records is:
Derbyshire Dales PCN works in partnership with 8 GP Practices across the north and central dales to deliver a range of primary care services . Two of which are ; a) Home Visiting Service and b) extended access . Two of the surgeries have EMIS web as their clinical system , the other 6 operate on TPP/S1 . This creates operational barriers daily . By having GP Connect it will allow a uniformed approach to full clinical system access which will reduce risk and enhance clinical care for all the practices and their patients etc. . Thank you.
