Organisations using GP Connect
Approved organisations who have access to GP medical records data via GP Connect
Below is a list of organisations providing direct care (hospitals, community services, ambulances services, 111, care homes, and so on) who have access to the GP records of patients under their care, for direct care purposes only.
To be granted access to GP records these organisations have had to:
- agree to the terms of this data sharing Agreement
- comply with the terms, obligations and requirements of the NHS England Connection Agreement and/or End User Acceptable Use Policy
- undergo an NHS England verification process to ensure that the sharing arrangements are appropriate
These organisations have access to relevant information in GP records in order to provide direct care to their patients only.
No other use of this information via GP Connect is permitted under the conditions imposed by NHS England.
